About Shelly

Hello! I am so glad you took the time to visit my website.  It is a new space and I am still navigating how to make it the best it can be.  I am honored you took the time to be here.

A little about me...

Over the course of the last 25 years, God has taken me on an amazing journey filled with many blessings as well significant hardships which have made me who I am today.  I have walked through infertility, marriage, divorce, singleness, the “not enough syndrome,” and many other seasons that have shaped me and molded me into the woman you see. 

 I am not perfect.  I cannot profess that I have it all together all the time.  I still experience slumps and valleys. BUT what I can tell you is that I am not the woman I used to be.  Today, even if I face slumps and valleys  I know I can walk out of them.  It is in those moments that I know to cling to the promises and the truth which are at the core of what I believe.  

I am a small-town girl who now lives in the city. My favorite place to be is outside in the midst of God’s creation.   When I am there, He speaks to me.  

As you visit my website, I pray blessings over you. May you know that God loves you in this moment, right where you are and just as you are.

He isn’t waiting for you to be perfect.

He isn’t waiting for you to have it all together.

You have been CHOSEN to show His glory.

Your seasons have purpose.

The scars you carry are wounds that have been healed. Scars are nothing to be ashamed of. Instead, celebrate them!
